Refund policy
Every order that leaves the vault is packed with care. Because of the nature of trading card products, all sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges on sealed or opened product. That's standard in the hobby and it keeps things fair for everyone in the community.
That said, we take full responsibility for getting your order to you safely. If something arrives damaged from the journey, reach out within 7 days of delivery at hello@korostreasuretcg.shop. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage — both the item and the packaging. We'll review and make it right, whether that's a replacement or a refund.
No photos, no claim. That's the one hard rule.
Once your order is in your hands, it's yours to protect. We're not responsible for damage that happens after delivery.
